Crush it or cash it — know before you wrench.
Every yard eats the same two losses: an hour pulling a part that turns out to be worth $12, and the $300 part that went to the crusher because nobody knew it was in there. CrushOrCash is a phone app for exactly those two moments — point it at a vehicle and it tells you what's worth pulling using live eBay prices for parts that fit that exact year, make, and model. Then it turns your photos into a ready-to-publish eBay listing in about 30 seconds.
What it does
🚗 Value a vehicle in the row
Scan the VIN (or type year/make/model). You get a parts list with real market prices — exact-fit eBay comps, outliers trimmed, plus an honest "pull it / skip it" call and a freight warning on parts that only sell local.
📸 Photo check
Snap a few photos of a vehicle or a part. The AI identifies what's valuable, rates the visible damage, and adjusts the dollar figures accordingly.
🏷️ One-tap eBay listing
Photograph the part you pulled. The app writes the title and description, picks the eBay category, fills the item specifics, and suggests a price that actually moves in today's market. You review, tap Publish, done — on your eBay account, your money, no middleman.
Getting started — about 10 minutes
- 1. Create your account — go to crushorcash.com/signup, enter your yard's name, your email, and a password. Click the confirmation link we email you.
- 2. Enter your pass code — on the Account page, type the pass code we gave you. That unlocks a full month free — no credit card.Your pass code:
- 3. Connect your eBay account (for listing) — open Account → eBay listing settings, tap Connect eBay, sign in to your eBay, pick your shipping/payment/return policies, and enter your ship-from address. One-time setup.
- 4. Walk the yard— open crushorcash.com on your phone, hit Vehicle Workspace on the next car in the row, and see what it's hiding.
A few honest notes
- Prices come from live eBay listings for matching parts — the same comps you'd find in an hour of searching, done in seconds and discounted to what parts actually sell for, not what sellers ask.
- Listings publish through your own eBay seller account. We never see your eBay password, and you can disconnect us at any time from your eBay settings.
- Plans include a monthly allowance of AI operations (a vehicle photo check or a listing draft each count as one). If you hit the cap, the app pauses and tells you — it never runs up a surprise bill.
